Dreadful stay in a room 'with a view' that actually looked over a rubbish dump! Some of the reasons I didn't rate the hotel: Dirty floor, ineffective air conditioning, tiny room with no view although specifically asked for large spacious room with view, rusty shower head, door of shower was almost too hard to pull closed, no toietries other than a tiny bar of soap, no robe, one pair of huge slippers that did not fit me, no 'plug' to the bathroom sink in order to wash effectively, think scratchy poor quality towels, no rug to go over the bed, thin sheet cover only available so cold most of the night! Thin foam pillows, traffic very noisy outside - ineffective double glazing on windows, scraping of chairs heard overhead until very late in the evening. Staff who were not helpful and told me to take a bus to get to Amalfi only to find after a hefty cab fare that the buses were all on strike. Surely concierge should know about things like this! Breakfast not much better - fresh fruit left out with no covers, so flies had gathered, a cup of slopped black coffee was served to me without a saucer and no milk was offered. A woman was out in the breakfast balcony blowdrying her hair & applying make up - for a 4* Hotel I thought this conduct would not have been allowed! Loud 'dance' music first thing in the breakfast room, not conducive to relaxing! When I checked out I said that I had sent an email stating that it was just me staying the night but still charged me for 2 people staying as it was a 'double room' and said I would have to contact Booked.net to complain about the other things. Still charged €110 for this terrible hotel!...

We had a wonderful stay with stunning breakfast options and a lovely view from the balcony, though our shower drained a bit slowly. I'd totally come back!

I was only there from late afternoon until 5:00 AM - so, didn't really have a chance to experience the hotel. It is in the heart of the city - very near shopping and restaurants. The employee at the desk was very helpful.
The room was nice, but it opened into sort of like an alley - so, felt a tiny bit claustrophobic. However, it was overall very nice and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend it!

The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean, beds very comfortable, rooms are cool with good air-conditioning. Location was accessible with a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, a bank, the tram and port area for boat trips to Sorrento or Ischia. Very easy to move about and a lot to see within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. Maps and timetables available at reception. Cafe-type breakfast terrace was nice, good selection of food and fresh fruit very welcome. We very much enjoyed using Palazzo Turchini as a base to explore Naples and beyond.
Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Just a smart choice for a city break in Naples with value for price. The breakfast room has a lovely rooftop view, made mornings special. Pack a flashlight for navigating the room's old-school lighting.

It is in a very central area, clean and safe and very close of everything you would like to see. The boys and girls from reception were very helpfull and you need more help then you think because the opening program is clear only for museums (if you are lucky and it is not a strike). And the public transportation is a charade too. No map. The breakfast is a typical italian hotel breakfast. A plus, they have fresh fruits every morning.
Our balcony ( I suppose all balconies) was near the air conditioning system and was noisy to stay very relaxed on.

Check-in was smooth and professional, with the desk clerk providing valuable directions and advice for experiencing Napoli. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Port, with access for onward travel. My room was clean, comfortable, and provided a restful stay after a long day of meetings. The really good breakfast buffet was another highlight, served on the top floor with options for ordering additional items at no cost.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro and the main attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good selection including some delicious beef dishes. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout most of the hotel, and there were numerous ants in the room, quite off-putting. The staff were friendly was great.
